Note: OBITUARY - MR. W. L. SPINKS OBITUARY - MR. W. L. SPINKS Mr. Walter Leslie Splnks, of 18 Bon Accord st., Corrimal, passed away in the Wollongong District Hospital on Monday. He was 65 years of age and his wife predeceased him in 1942. He leaves eight children, Florence (Mrs. J. Britton, Kurri Kurri), Herbert, Alice (Mrs. R, Ward, Kiama), Robert, Ruth (Mrs. G. Hiddleston, Stanmore), Glad (Mrs. L. Hiddleston, Stanmore). A son, William, also predeceased him. Rev. Barrett officiated for the interment which took place in the Wollongong Presbyterian cemetery yesterday (Wednes Illawarra Mercury (Wollongong, NSW : 1856 - 1950) Thursday 9 June 1949 p 2 Article |
