He died at 42 Trail Street, Wagga Wagga from Auricular Fibrillation, Chronic Myocarditis and Chronic Nephritis. He was last seen by a Dr Alan F Smith on the day he died. The death information was his son Samuel who was living at Mangoplah. Witnesses to his burial were George Hanson and J Dennis.
