Note: Mrs Ellen Amelia Cooper, wife of Mr John H. Cooper, of Illillawa, died at Goulburn on Saturday after a lengthy and painful illness. Mrs Ellen Amelia Cooper, wife of Mr John H. Cooper, of Illillawa, died at Goulburn on Saturday after a lengthy and painful illness. Deceased, who was a native of Hay, and had resided for twenty-four years on Illillawa, was the fourth daughter of the late John and Mrs Ledwidge of Hay, and was born at Hay 45 years ago. Mrs Cooper leaves a family of six children â four boys and two girls. The remains of the deceased were conveyed to Hay by yesterday's train, and interred in the Catholic portion of the Hay Cemetery yesterday evening.
