Note: The death occurred at Tarcutta on Wednesday of one of the earliest setters of the district, Mr. Arthur Clemson, at the age of 78 years after having been in indifferent health for a long time. The death occurred at Tarcutta on Wednesday of one of the earliest setters of the district, Mr. Arthur Clemson, at the age of 78 years after having been in indifferent health for a long time. His wife died on October 28, 1927. He followed grazing pursuits on his own property, 'Springfield,' Tarcutta, for over 40 years. A few years ago he retired and lived in the village of Tarcutta. He leaves fours sons and three daughters, Messrs. Leslie Clemson, of Wagga; Percy Clemson, Leeton; and George and Herbert Clemson, Tarcutta; Mrs. John Jones, of Wagga; Mr. L. J. Cox, and Mrs. A. E. Cooper, of Tarcutta. There are 19 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. Mr. Clemson was born at Camden and came to the Wagga district when young.
