Note: A GRAZIER'S WILL. A GRAZIER'S WILL. Probate has been granted in the will of the late Mr. Andrew Steel Caldwell Beveridge, grazier, of Mullah station, near Trangie. The deceased, who died at Paddington, on January 20, appointed Mr. John Weston Perry, stock and station agent, Sydney, and Walter Orton Windeyer Beveridge his brother, of Eringoarra station, near Wagga, and his son Alwynne Steel Beveridge to be the To his widow. Mary Jane Beveridge, the testator bequeathed the whole of his personal effects and bank account current. The residue of deceased's real and personal estate is bequeathed to the trustees upon trust, with power to sell and convert into money. It is laid down that the trustees shall invest the proceeds of the residuary estate, and pay the income arising out of it to the widow during her life. Should the widow remarry her income is to be reduced to ÂŁ200 a year. In the event of the widow's death or remarriage the trustees are directed to hold the income, investments, and net annual income from any unconverted portion of the estate in trust for the children. The testator, by a codicil, dated December 29, 1906, appoints Mr. Howard M'Farlane, Bathurst, a trustee, to take the place of Mr. J. W. Perry, who Is said to be in delicate health. By another codicil, dated January 18, the appointment of testator's brother. Mr. W. O. W. Beveridge, as an executor, is revoked, and in his stead are appointed the widow and testator's brother, James William Caldwell Beveridge, grazier, of Billabong, near Gundagai. The gross value of the estate is set down at ÂŁ51,070 2s 7d. Of that sum ÂŁ14,034 5s represents real estate, ÂŁ8878 5s live stock, and ÂŁ9398 15s landed property, held under loss.
